The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. agn888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay withdrawals pending the outcome of a verification review.

All Accounts on the agn888 Platform operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as the primary account currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified. Where deposits are made in a foreign currency (including USDT), conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. agn888 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified via email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in.
agn888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow (instant interbank transfer via Bank Negara Malaysia's real-time system), FPX (Financial Process Exchange, covering Maybank, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC20 and ERC20 networks).
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification to agn888's satisfaction; (b) have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds in your Account; and (c) not have any pending account investigations or security reviews outstanding on your Account.

Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10%–20%; and certain game types may contribute 0%. agn888 employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit through bonus exploitation; coordinated wagering between multiple accounts; use of software to automate play while using Bonus Funds; and low-risk wagering patterns (e.g., hedging bets on the same market) intended to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
⚠ Consequence of Bonus Abuse: Where agn888 determines that Bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend or permanently terminate the Account, and report the activity to relevant authorities where applicable.
All bets and wagers placed on the agn888 Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before confirmation. agn888 will not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets based on Player error, except where an obvious pricing error by agn888 has occurred.
agn888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits per market, per event, or per Player at its sole discretion. Such limits may be applied without prior notice.
Individual game rules are published within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules will prevail for that specific game. All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), and agn888 does not manipulate outcomes beyond the stated mathematical house edge for each game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting event, agn888 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. agn888 will not be liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agn888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

All content on the agn888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of agn888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agn888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gambling winnings; loss of data; loss of revenue or profits; or any other losses arising from or related to your use of the Services.
agn888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
agn888 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Gambling Risk Notice: Online gambling involves inherent financial risk. You may lose all funds deposited on the Platform. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. agn888 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.
agn888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or AML concerns; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected underage gambling; technical or regulatory requirements; or at agn888's reasonable discretion for any other legitimate operational reason.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting agn888's customer support team. Prior to Account closure, all pending wagering requirements must be resolved and any outstanding withdrawals processed. Real Money Funds remaining in a closed Account (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
Upon termination of an Account (whether by you or by agn888), all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not yet cleared applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. agn888 is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a proven breach of these Terms.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you must contact agn888's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. agn888 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
agn888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via: (a) a prominent notice on the Platform homepage; and/or (b) an email notification to your registered email address.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
